Stage 21 of the TDF (Tour de France)

way to go team sky and Froomey! Great team work! #TDF2016

After 3 weeks of racing, 21 stages, Froomey has won his 3rd TDF (Tour de France) ! It really was a team win, since the boys kept Froomey safe and for the first time all 9 riders of Team Sky crossed the finish line together!

It's been such an exciting tour, can't wait to see what happens next year!

I don't think he is-

But if it does turn out that Froomey has indeed been doping it's going to hurt more than when Lance Armstrong's lies were exposed!

With that said, I believe that Froomey's power is coming from his training and the support of his team! Which has been preparing all year for the TDF (Tour de France) and it shows! The TDF and really any cycling race for that matter is about team work and how well the team works together!

Team Sky moves like one body and that is how they are keeping Froomey in the Maillot Jaune (Yellow Jersey)!  They are doing what they came to do!

If the other teams felt up to attacking, this would be a different race!

Hard to believe that the TDF (Tour de France) only has four days left! Other may disagree but I feel like this has been one exciting tour, we have had so many stages that have ended with photo finishes, crazy riding styles and far less crashes compared to years pasted (I am knocking on wood, now !)

Each stage has brought something new and different to talk about afterwards! It's going to be sad when Sunday arrives (the final day) but thankfully this year is an Olympic year, so it will only be a week from the end of the tour until more cycling is on the Telly!

TDF (Tour de France) stage 12-2016

What a crazy finish! Due to insane crowds and TV motorbikes! There was a crash at the finish that took Froomey and Richie Porte down! Froomey had done a good job of dropping most of the other GC rivals.

It get so crazy that after the crash Froomey picked up his bike and started to run with it and then dropped the bike and continued on feet! While he water for an replacement bike! Two bikes later he crossed the line!

Some might no think it's right but the race officials decided that Froomey should be in Yellow. Which is the right call, for had the crash not happend, he and Richie would have crossed the line close together!

Some are saying that since Froomey ran on foot, that he should be kicked out of the race for breaking some race rules! I feel like he ran because he was trying to make up for the lost time and was focused on what happend! He was not thinking straight but in the end he did cross the line on a bike!

Something does need to be done about the lack of crowd control. That is the great thing about cycling is how close it let's you get to your hero's but some are taking it to far and crashes like today's or much worse happen! I am not sure what can be done, but I feel like there need to be more barriers and/or police presents!

Thankfully tomorrow is the individual time trial, which has lots of barriers!

It's going to be fun to see how the rest of the tour goes and what changes will be made (if any) for the final week and next year's tour!

That good feeling

Of waking up and finding out that one's head is no longer in a fog, Froomey is still in yellow after stage 10 of the TDF (Tour de France)!

The sliver lining of being sick is that I have lost 5lbs.

TDF (Tour de France) 2016 stage 8

What a stage! Froomey wins stage 8 and will be wearing the Maillot Jaune (Yellow Jersey) tomorrow!
#TDF2016 #TeamSky

What an exciting stage, after not much change in the GC's since my last post, Froomey decided to make the mountains his own again, as he flew down them with amazing control of his bike, going 50 mph's.

You can see that all of Team Sky's training for the Tour has paid off! I just hope that the boys can keep up the pace that they set today for the rest of the race (two weeks to go before Paris)!

All lives matter

Sharing this to show that it's not only a black issue, but it does happen to whites too, but the news media does not cover it as much! In fact it's not a black or white issue, it's a human issue! We all need to respect one another, otherwise there is going to be no one left! http://www.fresnobee.com/news/local/article88367787.html

Tour Dr France (TDF) stage 4 2016

No big change from yesterday's stage 3!

Froomey has dropped back down to 5th

It was another exciting photo finish with Marcel Kittel taking the stage win!

Tomorrow's stage five should be good for Froomey as it's a climbers stage.

(Froomey has spoken out about the tension between the sprinters and GC's, I will try to find the video and post it)

It may not be the best life to some peeps but I am loving life and it's what works for us!

TDF (Tour de France) stage 2 2016

This should be called le tour de First! Since during the first two stages, the wearing of the yellow jersey has been a first! For the first time in 3 Peter Sagan has won a stage of the TDF but not only that he also won the yellow jersey which he will be wearing for the first time during tomorrow stages 3!

Froomey has moved up to being 5th overall, so he is right on track! Hopefully the weather holds and stage 3 will be just as exciting!

TDF (Tour de France) 2016

Its that time of year again, for the next 3 weeks it's the super bowl of cycling! My favorite month of the year for July is the TDF (Tour de France)! Cycling is my favorite sport and the TDF is the icing on the cake!

The start for stage one over here on the west coast st was 3am, and I was up and ready to watch the race at 2:45am! It's amazing what we do for the things we love! The race started with a bang and ended with a few crashes, but in the end Team Sky survived and Froomey is sitting nicely at 25th!

It was great seeing Cavendish finally get to spend the day (tomorrow in fact) wearing the Maillot Jaune (Yellow Jersey)!

But I hope to see Froomey wear it on the finally day in Paris! This is going to be a great 3 weeks and can't wait to find out what happens tomorrow during stage 2!
