My Big Brother

I know that this is going to sound silly to most, and not all are going to understand but this is my blog and my feelings, so deal with it!

Back in the day of SW.com i become the lil'sis to the four horsemen. It was fun because i looked at it like having older brothers and one even took my under their wing so to speak or as much as on can on a message board. But it become more then that, when i was having a bad night he was with an ear for listing and some words of comfort or advise. If a laugh was needed he know how to make it happen or just to be there. He has been there for both of my heart breaks and all of the craziness that is my life. I have tried to due my part and return the favor but i fear it was not as well as what he has been able to do for me.

Now life is making other changes and he is moving on as it seems like most are doing, we are just getting to that age where life is becoming more real and the time for internet games it becoming less and less. But its been more then that because of SW.com and port haven most have become real life friends and the bonds of true friendship are there,Its has become something of a true family feeling!

So its with a heavy heart that i wish my big brother the best of luck in his real life and hopes that everything works out for the best!

Thank you for all that you have done for me over the years and just for being you. thank you for lessons on life and the words of wisdom, thank you for the laughs and for caring. Thank you!

This Christmas

i was so excited for this Christmas because not only was it going to be time with the family but froggy is here to and i was so happy that he was going to be able to spend it with my family. But then sadly i find out he had to work Christmas eve which is when my family does Christmas. I thought with him being here that we were going to see more of each other and get to do the fun Holiday couple stuff....but it seems like we have seen less and less of each other...here is to hoping that 2013 is going to be different.

christmas and whomas

Its almost Christmas and that means so many things. Its one of the few times when my whole family gets together and we do the family thing. My middle sister and I have a movie Marathon of our fav movies and we add some Christmas movies to the mix. As we have gotten older, we are finding it harder to stay up late but we still make an attempt to try and beat last years hour.

Christmas would not be complete without the doctor who christmas special aka whomas! It also a fun show and a great way to reconnect with my friends across the pound. It also brings so many people together and gives a nice break to the craziness that is the Holiday season. 

This year i was so excited for froggy to finally be able to join in my family's Christmas craziness but sadly he has to work, so we are going to make the best of it, but its kinda a bummer because the family wont be complete this holiday season. Thankfully there is news to look forward too and of course we will have next Christmas!  

The other great thing about Christmas is all of the holiday party's and get together with family friends and to remember that Christ birth is the true reason for the season. Its a time to give thanks and praise for all the good and bad of the past year. To give thanks to the Lord for all that he has done and left undone for growth in the coming year!
