A Name

I saw his name today for the first in like forever and i realized just how small of a world it is that we live in! it seems like almost everyone knows someone in a circle and we are all connected! Its funny because when i saw his name this time all i felt was anger for the way that it ended and the fact that we could not be friends! I mean most of my past relationships have never remained in the friend-zoned, the only one is the man who is now my  (froggy) husband!

Seeing my ex's name made me so thankful that things turned out like that they for as much as i gave my heart to the Pink Ninja being with him did not let the real me shine, sure i grew and found out so much more about myself and learned a few new things along the way but it was not me! It also brought me to some of the most amazing peeps ever and some lasting friendships were made from it but a small part wishes that he and I could have remained friends too!  

I guess my husband is really the only one who completely understands and puts up with me, not because he has to but because he wants to! after all that we have been though what it really comes down to is love! The fact is that i have married my best friend and i would not have it any other way for it is true that Love really is

what i should have said!

The other day i did a good deed for a dear friend and afterwards we were having a chat! I wanted to say something during the chat but i was scared of how it would come across and i did not want it to sound rude of self-conceded. But seeing as it been a few days and the words are still having on my heart i feel they just need to be said so here it goes :

"God has sent be to be an ambassador for him and to show that he does care about you, that there is good in life and that everything does indeed happen for a reason! we may not feel like it and understand the reason for they may not be all that good but it brings us to the path that we are pose to be on and brings us to the people that we need most in our lives! He does have a master-plan for your life and want you to know that he does indeed exist!"

life is good!

I had an amazing life day weekend! it did not turn out like i thought it would, because it turned out even better! it was a weekend filled with family, old and new friends! it was filled with laughter and love! good food and drinks! it was a great celebration of life!

In other news we are still house hunting! keeping our toes crossed that the right one will come along soon! Because we are having a blast with the rents, but it would be nice to have a place to call our own!

life is good out here!
Life is crazy out here!

Life can be no so fun!
we are all getting used to each other and making the most and the best of it!
sometimes it feels like this one is floating between two words and not sure where to call home!
Home is now CA and yet home is still FL!
Life is fulled with new and old friendships!
open arms and sometimes a cold shoulder!
Life makes sense and yet sometimes it does not!
The one thing that is know for sure is that all and all life is much happier out here in Cali!

Its almost my life day!

Every year I make a big deal about my life and normally i start planning next's years life day celebration the day after! This year i have everything i want, so while i am excited to celebrate i am not going to be making a big deal about it!

This is the first life day of being married and with my husband and the move to cali i feel like a pretty set in life! Of course i will be missing my friends and family, but that is normal and apart of life!

11 years ago we lost the Columbia 7

February 1st 2014 marked 11 years since the Columbia was lost, May we never forgot the brave men and women she carried!

please say a prayer for the familes of the Columbia 7!
"My fellow Americans, this day has brought terrible news and great sadness to our country. At 9 o'clock this morning, Mission Control in Houston lost contact with our space shuttle Columbia. A short time later, debris was seen falling from the skies above Texas. The Columbia's lost. There are no survivors.

Onboard was a crew of seven -- Colonel Rick Husband, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Anderson, Commander Laurel Clark, Captain David Brown, Commander William McCool, Dr. Kalpana Chawla, and Ilan Ramon a colonel in the Israeli air force.

These men and women assumed great risk in this service to all humanity. In an age when space flight has come to seem almost routine, it is easy to overlook the dangers of travel by rocket and the difficulties of navigating the fierce outer atmosphere of the earth.

These astronauts knew the dangers, and they faced them willingly, knowing they had a high and noble purpose in life. Because of their courage and daring and idealism, we will miss them all the more.

All Americans today are thinking, as well, of the families of these men and women who have been given this sudden shock and grief. You're not alone. Our entire nation grieves with you. And those you loved will always have the respect and gratitude of this country.

The cause in which they died will continue. Mankind is led into the darkness beyond our world by the inspiration of discovery and the longing to understand. Our journey into space will go on.

In the skies today, we saw destruction and tragedy. Yet farther than we can see, there is comfort and hope.

In the words of the prophet Isaiah, "Lift your eyes and look to the heavens. Who created all these? He who brings out the starry hosts one by one and calls them each by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing."

The same creator who names the stars also knows the names of the seven souls we mourn today. The crew of the shuttle Columbia did not return safely to Earth, yet we can pray that all are safely home.

Hearts

when i was younger on ventilates day my mum would stay up the night before and cut out paper hearts so when i would awake on the 14th my room would be covered paper hearts! this tradition goes all the way to college and even now in cali sure they arrived a week late but i have hearts to covered my room in hearts out here!

There is just something about seeing the hearts and knowing that i am loved and not forgotten that puts a smile on my face! when the time comes for us to have kids i look forward to covering their room in hearts too!
